Is a unique institution of learning and research in the heart of New York City’s East Village/Alphabet City.  The Center supports inquiry in several different broad areas of study pertaining to the philosophical, ethnographic, and ethical analysis of modern life.  The Center serves as a residence space, research site, analytical laboratory, and point of organization for researchers in these areas.
